Arthur Griffith Park FC - Terms and Conditions of Membership

1. Introduction
Arthur Griffith Park FC is a community-oriented football club that offers various membership benefits and opportunities to its members. By registering as a player or coach with Arthur Griffith Park FC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and respectful environment within the club and in its interactions with respective leagues.

2. Membership Fee
As part of the membership process, a non-refundable membership fee is required. This fee serves as an investment in the club's resources, infrastructure, and development programs that directly benefit its members.

Potential members are encouraged to thoroughly consider their interest and dedication to the club before joining, as the non-refundable nature of the fee means that no refunds can be provided once the membership process is completed.

3. Acceptance of Terms
Payment of the membership fee signifies your acceptance of these terms and conditions. It is important to note that payment of fees does not guarantee game time for any individual player. Arthur Griffith Park FC operates with a commitment to the principles of sportsmanship and skill development, and team selections are based on merit, dedication, and performance.

4. Responsibility for Fines
By registering with Arthur Griffith Park FC, both players and coaches accept responsibility for any fines imposed as a result of disciplinary hearings conducted by the respective leagues in which the club competes.

• In the event a fine is issued to a player or coach, the individual is personally responsible for the payment of that fine.
• If the fine is issued to a player under the age of 18, the responsibility for payment will automatically transfer to the player’s parent or legal guardian.

All fines must be paid promptly upon notification. Failure to settle fines may result in suspension from training sessions, matches, and other club activities until the fine is fully paid.

5. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to uphold the highest standards of behaviour, both on and off the field, in alignment with the club’s values of respect, sportsmanship, and community spirit. Any breaches of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension, fines, or termination of membership.

6. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Arthur Griffith Park FC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as necessary. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in club activities constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Acknowledgment
By completing the registration process and paying the membership fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. For players under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must acknowledge and accept these terms on behalf of the player.
